Respectful Relationships

At Furlong Park School for Deaf Children, we are committed to fostering a school environment where every student feels safe, supported and treated with respect. Through the Respectful Relationships initiative, students learn important social and emotional skills such as understanding feelings, building positive friendships, managing challenges and resolving conflict in healthy ways.

Respectful Relationships is a Victorian Government initiative designed to promote respect, equality and positive relationships in schools and early childhood settings. It supports the development of confidence, resilience and emotional wellbeing, helping students build strong foundations for life.
