Media Arts

Media Arts at Furlong Park gives students the opportunity to explore how images, sound and digital tools can be used to communicate ideas and tell stories. Through hands‑on experiences such as photography, video creation, animation and digital design, students learn how media works and how they can use it creatively and responsibly.

Our program encourages students to experiment, collaborate and develop confidence with technology as they plan, create and share their own media artworks. Guided by the Victorian Curriculum 2.0, Media Arts helps students understand the role of media in their lives and builds skills in visual storytelling, problem‑solving and creative thinking.
